3-Exploration in other industries

Although my educational background is in animation, I am also considering exploring other visual creative industries in the future, such as the film and television industry, game visual development, derivative product design, and handcrafted creative fields. I believe they are closely related to animation. Animation training not only imparts the ability to produce, but also encompasses an understanding of characters, emotions, narratives, and visual expressions. These experiences can also be applied to different media and creative forms. Rather than being confined to a single career path, I prefer to explore more diverse development opportunities.

Among them, I have a strong interest in visual development in indie games and visual novels, particularly in overall visual style, atmosphere creation, and players’ emotional responses during the experience. I hope to be involved in projects that place greater emphasis on artistic expression and visual unity in the future. Through aspects such as color, composition, interface design, and scene details, I aim to assist in establishing a more complete and recognizable visual experience for the works.

Furthermore, I am also interested in the design of IP derivatives/character goods. I believe that derivatives are not merely supplementary products; they are a medium that can continue the visual style and emotional experience of the work. Whether it’s packaging design, independent publications, or physical handicrafts, I hope to explore how visual content can extend beyond the screen into real media and investigate the expressive possibilities offered by different materials and forms.
